International buying and shipping

You are wanting us to ship outside of Australia.

First we would like to mention that we understand the importance of including all of the global market as our potential customer base. For this reason, while we are gauging the demand from various regions, we are only able to automate our shopping cart shipping within Australia. However, if you follow these steps, we are more than happy to perform a manual sale to help you with your purchase.

Step by step guide for international purchases.

1) First start as you would normally, and add the items you want to your cart.
2) With your cart complete, take a 'screen shot' which shows us the items you want, and that they are in stock at the time of your purchase.
3) Email us directly and send us the screen shot which shows your items, cost and availability. Please include in your message your city/town and post code so we can work out the shipping cost.
4) We will then contact our shipping partners and confirm with you the cost of shipping. We will still apply shipping discounts for the relevant purchase amount should it be applicable.
5) With the shipping cost and therefore total cost to you confirmed, should you wish to continue with the purchase we can take payments direct via PayPal. We will also now need all your details like Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. for the delivery/shipping documentation.
6) Shipping price should be confirmed to you within 1-2 business days, however where possible, we will aim to have a price for you within a few hours. Should your items be then out of stock due to this small delay, we will still fill your order as we make everything in-house. So, if you are purchasing something that is a low stock item, there may be an additional 2-7days as we make more stock for your order to be filled. You will be notified of all this where needed as well as updated of your orders progression, but please note that this is all being done manually, and not automatically through the on-line store.
7) Then as per the on-line store, once payment has been received your order will be dispatched and tracking information supplied to you.

We do plan to set up auto shipping to at least the USA and Europe, as well as other key areas as demand requires. Our focus in these early days is increasing stock levels and releasing more of our already developed products like the 2D/3D puzzles, expansions on the timber car tracks and buildings as well as many other items that are in the development stages.
